The tall shape suits a chimney breast, the space between two windows, or a wall above a sideboard in a living room or bedroom. Keep the furnishings simple around it: linen, cane, painted wood, a stoneware jug of something green.     How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    What makes Fab frames so good?

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

    Is the pool water light enough to work on a dark wall?

    Yes. The pool and the cream loungers sit in the lower half and stay pale, so they read clearly against deep green or inky paint. On a dark wall the shaded foliage merges a little more, which makes the parasol stand out even more. If you want the whole scene to stay bright, a warm white or soft cream wall is the safer choice.

    Will the brushwork still look like paint at a larger size?

    It should. The strokes are thick and deliberate rather than fine detail, so scaling up shows more of the texture, not less. At larger sizes the fringe on the parasol and the ripples on the water separate into clear marks, which is part of the appeal. Small sizes still read well, but the paint quality is the reason to go bigger.

    Does it need a warm room to work, or is a cooler room fine?

    A warm-toned room suits it best, because the peach stripes and sandy paving pick up warm white and cream walls. In a cooler room it still works if you bring in one or two warm textures nearby, such as cane, rush or a natural linen shade. Straight grey-blue walls are the one context where it can look muted.
