    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    What makes Fab frames so good?

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

    Will this look too cold on a grey wall?

    No, but keep the wall matt rather than glossy. The figure is a shade lighter than most grey paints, so it lifts away from the wall instead of blending in. Add one warm element nearby, such as a linen shade or a wool throw, and the blue-grey reads calm rather than chilly.

    Is the moon and the face clear at smaller sizes?

    The face holds up small, but the crescent moon in the top corner and the thin scratched lines around the mouth start to disappear. If you want the full detail and the hand-painted texture, choose large or statement. Small sizes work best in a tight hallway where you view it close up.

    Does it suit a child's room, given the angel subject?

    We would not lead with it there. The blank black eyes and unsmiling mouth read as thoughtful and slightly unsettling rather than sweet, so it lands better in a study, hallway or adult bedroom. If you want a gentler angel or moon theme for a nursery, look for softer, rounder illustration instead.
