    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    What makes Fab frames so good?

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

    Will all that black overwhelm a small room?

    It's bolder than a soft botanical, but it works in small rooms when it has a clear wall and one warm light source — a table lamp or sconce. The white linework keeps it from feeling like a hole in the wall. Avoid hanging it opposite another large dark piece in the same room.

    Are the three cats and the butterflies clearly readable from across the room?

    Yes. The composition is busy up close but resolves into three clear cat shapes from two to three metres away, with the butterflies as smaller accents in the upper left. It's designed to work at both distances, which is why it suits longer rooms and hallways.

    Does the 'William Morris' and 'Cats Collection' text show on the print?

    Yes — the title block at the top and the small caption at the bottom are part of the artwork, in the style of a vintage book plate or exhibition poster. If you'd prefer the panel without text, this isn't the right piece.
