    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    What makes Fab frames so good?

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Will the bright orange and blue clash with a neutral hallway?

    No — the cream sky and soft shadow areas give the eye places to rest, so the warm walls and deep blue street read as confident rather than loud. It actually warms up a plain off-white or pale grey hallway without overwhelming it, and pairs cleanly with oak, brass and natural fibres.

    Does it work as a single statement piece or does it need other prints around it?

    It's built to work solo. The vertical composition pulls the eye down the cobbled street to the cathedral, which is the whole point. Crowding it with other posters or busy prints flattens that effect. One piece, hung at eye level with breathing room, is the right move.

    Is the 'MEXICO CITY' text part of the printed image?

    Yes — the dark text sits in a cream band at the bottom of the poster, in the classic vintage travel-poster style. It's a fixed part of the design and reads clearly from across a room, which is what makes this kind of print feel like a real travel poster rather than just a cityscape.
