How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the title bar at the top read clearly from across the room?
Yes — the 'Gardens of the World' header and 'Prater Park, Vienna' caption are part of the design and stay legible at medium and larger sizes. From a couple of metres away they read as part of the composition rather than as text you have to squint at.
Does the green tone lean warm or cool?
It sits in the middle — the deep canopy greens are slightly cool, but the olive mid-tones and warm cream border pull it back toward the warmer side. It works happily with oak, walnut and linen, and doesn't fight cream or soft white walls.
Is the figure detail strong enough to read at a distance, or is it more atmospheric?
It's atmospheric. The three figures in the foreground are clearly people walking under the trees, but the brushwork is loose — you read movement and posture rather than faces. That's what keeps the piece relaxed instead of touristy.
