Vid första anblicken: klargul. Vid andra: något smartare – en hel citron upptill och en prydlig skiva nedtill, båda handmålade med synliga penseldrag. Den cremefärgade bakgrunden håller uttrycket varmt i stället för kliniskt. På en köksvägg känns hela rummet ljusare utan ansträngning. De måleriska kanterna gör att motivet aldrig känns som clipart. Häng den helst över en sittbänk i frukosthörnan, mellan köksskåp eller på en kort vägg i en matvrå – där du vill ha en liten färgklick. Matcha med ljus ek, vita kakelplattor, mässingsdetaljer och gärna en glaserad gul kanna eller två. Undvik att hänga den intill något alltför grafiskt eller fotografiskt; den trivs tillsammans med andra handmålade botaniska motiv, enkel keramik och enfärgat linne. How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the yellow look too strong in a small kitchen?
The yellow is bright but the cream background does a lot of the heavy lifting, so it reads cheerful rather than loud. In a small kitchen, go for a medium size and hang it on a wall that gets some daylight — it will lift the space without dominating it.
Does it work next to white cabinets or only warm wood?
Both. The warm cream background bridges nicely between cool white cabinets and warm oak or walnut. If your cabinets are very cool grey or stainless steel, the yellow may feel like it's working against the room — pair it with a wooden shelf or a linen tea towel to bring some warmth in.
Is the print portrait or landscape, and where does it sit best?
It's portrait — taller than it is wide — with the whole lemon above and the slice below. That makes it ideal for narrow walls between cabinets, beside a kettle station, or above a slim open shelf, rather than a wide stretch above a sofa.
