How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the strong blue sky overpower a small bedroom?
It shouldn't. The blue is clear but soft, not saturated, and more than half the print is cream and white. In a small bedroom it tends to make the wall feel taller and more open rather than closing it in. Hang it centred above the bed with calm bedding in cream or natural linen and it settles in quickly.
Does it work in a room with no other Moroccan or Mediterranean pieces?
Yes. It reads as a gentle folk illustration first and a travel scene second, so it doesn't demand a themed room. Pale oak, rattan, linen and a few stoneware pieces are enough. Avoid pairing it with very ornate or heavily patterned furniture, which can make the simple shapes feel out of place.
Is this suitable for a child's room?
It works well in a kids' or family snug. The small cats, women and rust-red door give children something to find, the palette is calm rather than busy, and there's nothing sharp or unsettling in the scene. It also grows with a child — it won't feel babyish at age eight.
