    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    What makes Fab frames so good?

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

    Will this be too bright for a mostly neutral living room?

    It will be the loudest thing in the room, which is usually the point. Against off-white or soft clay walls the mustard yellow reads as warmth rather than glare. Keep cushions, rugs and curtains plain and let this carry the colour. If your sofa is already patterned, hang it on a different wall.

    Does the detail still read at a smaller size?

    Some of it goes. The little chalets, window shutters and painted dots are what make the scene, and they blur when the piece drops below about 40cm wide. If you only have room for something small, expect to enjoy the colour blocks rather than the storytelling. Large is the sweet spot.

    Is there enough pink for this to read as a soft, girly picture?

    Not really. The pink blossom and pink fields are balanced by deep blue woods, olive hills and strong mustard yellow, so it lands as a bright landscape rather than a pastel one. That makes it easy to keep in a child's room as they get older, or to move into a hallway later.
