How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will this still suit my child's room as they get older?
Yes — the palette stays in soft greys, creams and dusty blues rather than bright primaries, so it doesn't read as baby-only. Plenty of customers move pieces like this from the nursery into a child's bedroom and even a guest room as the child grows, because the painterly style feels more like a quiet oil study than a children's illustration.
Is the colour bold enough to stand out on a white wall?
The piece is intentionally soft and low contrast. On a bright white wall it will read as a gentle, hazy focal point rather than a bold statement. If you want it to pop a little more, hang it on a warm grey, soft sage or chalky off-white wall, or sit it inside a slim white frame to give the edges a quiet definition.
Does it work in a room without any pink or floral elements?
Yes. The flowers in the painting are soft blue cornflowers, white daisies and butter yellow — not a pink palette — and the dominant colours are grey and cream. It sits happily in rooms with pale woods, linen, cane and brushed brass, with no need for floral textiles or pink accents elsewhere.
