    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    What makes Fab frames so good?

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

    Will the coral and blue overpower a small room?

    It's a strong, warm palette, so in a small room give it space. Hang it on the longest uncluttered wall and keep nearby surfaces simple — wood, linen, one or two ceramics. Don't add more pattern or competing colour close by. In a small room it works best as the single feature piece.

    Does the cat read clearly, or is it more of a hidden detail?

    The tabby is painted loosely but sits front and centre on the wooden table, so it reads clearly once you're a step or two back. From across the room it reads as a sleeping cat shape; up close the brushwork is more abstract. Cat owners tend to spot it straight away.

    What wall colours work best behind it?

    Warm walls — soft terracotta, peach, mustard, or off-white with a pink or yellow undertone. It also looks great on a clean warm white. Avoid cold greys, stark blue-whites and very pale lavenders — they fight the warmth of the coral and make the blue shutters look heavy.
