    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    What makes Fab frames so good?

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

    Does the path lead toward or away from the viewer?

    Toward. The sandy yellow path starts wide at the bottom of the print and narrows as it moves up into the garden, with planting on both sides. That means the eye is drawn into the picture, which is why it works well above a sofa or console — it pulls you in rather than pushing the wall flat.

    Will the off-white border and title text suit a frame, or should I trim it?

    The off-white border and the Gardens of the World / Giverny text are part of the design — it's a travel-poster format, not a reproduction. Most people frame it as-is with a slim oak or black frame and no mount. Trimming the border isn't recommended; you'd lose the poster feel.

    Is the colour bright enough for a darker room, or does it need good light?

    It reads well in both. The yellow path and pink blooms lift a darker room and stop it feeling heavy, while the deep greens stop it looking washed out in a sunny one. North-facing rooms still get the warmth; south-facing rooms get the full hit of garden colour.
