How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the teal background look too dark in a small bedroom?
The teal is dusty and muted rather than deep, so it reads as a calm mid-tone rather than a heavy dark. In a small bedroom it adds depth without closing the room in, especially against off-white or cream walls with pale wood furniture.
Is the print better solo or as part of a pair?
It works as a solo anchor above a bed, console or sofa, and that's usually the strongest choice. If you want a pair, hang it with one quieter botanical study in the same cream-and-sage range — avoid anything with hard graphic contrast, which will fight the soft hand-painted edges.
Does the composition lean left, right, or sit centred?
The visual weight sits slightly right of centre, where the monstera leaf anchors the upper half. Hang it centred on the wall — the asymmetry inside the frame balances itself and doesn't need to be offset by another piece on the side.
