How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the soft pinks and dark background look too feminine for a shared bedroom?
The pinks are dusty rather than bright, and they sit alongside slate greens, warm gold and a near-black background. Read as a whole, it feels more layered botanical than overtly feminine, and it pairs comfortably with oak, linen and leather in a shared room.
Does the dark background make the print feel heavy in a small room?
The background is deep but broken up by leaves, stems and pale blooms, so it reads as patterned rather than solid dark. In a smaller bedroom or hallway, it can actually pull the eye to one spot and make the wall feel intentional rather than crowded.
Is the title block at the bottom (‘William Morris — Studies in Botanical Ornament’) part of the print?
Yes, the museum-style title block is part of the design and is printed as shown. It gives the piece its gallery-poster feel and sits as a clean caption beneath the botanical artwork.
