How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Which of the five Cinque Terre villages does this show?
It shows Manarola, the village most often photographed for its stack of pastel houses jutting out on the cliff above the sea. You can pick out the painted pink, blue and yellow facades and the small set of steps cut into the rock that locals use to reach the swimming spot below.
Will the strong blue sea overwhelm a small room?
It's a confident piece, so in a small room treat it as the single focal point rather than one of several. On a pale wall above a low bed or slim console it actually makes a small room feel bigger — the deep blue reads like a window onto the sea rather than a heavy block of colour.
Is the orientation tall enough for a narrow wall between two doors?
Yes — it's a clear portrait composition with the village stacked vertically, so it suits narrow walls, the space between two doorways, or a slim section beside a tall window. Aim for at least 60cm of wall width so the deep blue sea has a little breathing room on either side.
