How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the mustard and teal feel too loud in a calm room?
It is a colourful piece, so it works best as the main hit of colour on its wall. In a calm room with warm off-white or sage walls and warm wood furniture, the mustard and teal feel grounded rather than shouty. If your room is already busy with pattern, give the print breathing room on its own wall.
Is this a literal view of the course or more of an artistic take?
It is a painterly, oil-style interpretation rather than a photographic view. You get the feel of fairways, bunkers, water and pines with a lone golfer, but the shapes are loose and the colour is pushed. It reads as art on the wall first, golf reference second.
What size suits a study wall above a desk or console?
A medium portrait is the sweet spot above a standard desk, console or sideboard, hung at eye level. If the wall is wider than about 1.2 metres or the ceiling is tall, size up so the print holds the wall instead of floating. Leave clear space around it rather than crowding with other frames.
