How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the pink and yellow background feel too sweet in an adult bedroom?
The pink and yellow read more like warm painted panels than nursery brights — they sit closer to soft plaster pink and dusty mustard. In a chalky off-white or cream room with linen bedding and pale oak, the print holds as a calm, grown-up portrait rather than anything childish.
Is the second figure clearly visible or does she fade into the background?
The figure behind sits softly but is clearly visible — same hat, lilac shirt, profile angled away. The painting reads as two distinct people, with the front figure leading and the second giving quiet company. At small sizes the back figure recedes a little, so a medium print keeps the pairing clear.
Does this work as a single statement piece or only in a pair?
It works comfortably as a soloist above a bed or console — the double figure already carries built-in companionship. If you do pair it, choose something quieter alongside, like a loose botanical or soft abstract in the same warm pastel range, rather than another bold portrait.
