How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the green and purple feel out of place in a mostly neutral room?
It's designed to. The print is meant to be the colour in an otherwise pale room. As long as your walls and main furniture are calm — white, grey, pale wood, black — the lime green and purple will read as a deliberate pop rather than a clash. Echo one of those colours in a cushion or vase nearby and it pulls together.
Is it too busy for a small room?
It can work in a small room as long as the rest of the room stays quiet. Keep the wall around it clear, avoid patterned wallpaper, and don't crowd it with other posters. In a small study or box bedroom, treat it as the single statement piece and let plain furniture do the supporting work.
Does the DAYDREAM text read clearly at smaller sizes?
The type is bold and high-contrast, so it stays legible down to a medium size. If you want the word to land at a glance from across the room — above a sofa or sideboard — go for the large size. At smaller sizes it reads more as part of the pattern and less as a headline.
