How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the deep red background feel too heavy in a small room?
It can, if the room is already dark and cluttered. In a small room with pale walls and a bit of light, the deep red actually warms the space rather than shrinking it. Keep nearby walls quieter, use one or two warm lamps in the evening, and the print settles in rather than dominating.
Does the pattern read clearly from across the room, or only up close?
Both. From across the room it reads as a single warm, dark-red block with cream highlights — almost like a textile panel. Up close, the peonies, poppies and trailing leaves come into focus. That double reading is why it works as a single anchor piece rather than part of a cluster.
Can I hang this above a bed, or is it better over a console?
Either works. Above a bed it acts like a soft headboard panel and warms the whole room. Above a console or sideboard it anchors an entry or dining wall. Avoid putting it directly opposite another busy pattern — give it a calmer wall to sit against.
