How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Can the small figures still be seen at a normal viewing distance?
Yes. The skiers are small but clearly painted in bright reds, mustards and oranges against the pale snow, so they read well from across a room. Get closer and you'll pick up more — the little groups sitting in the snow, the figures on poles, the dog. It rewards a second look without forcing one.
Is this only suitable for winter, or does it work year-round?
It works year-round. The palette is soft pink, cream and sky blue rather than icy or Christmassy, so it reads more as a painterly travel scene than a seasonal piece. It sits happily in a summer-bright room as well as a cosy winter one, and doesn't need swapping out in spring.
Will the pastel pink read as too feminine in a family room?
Not really. The pink here is closer to a warm off-white than a candy pink, and it's balanced by the clear blue sky and the bright jacket colours. Most people read the whole scene first, not the pink wall of the building, so it lands as playful and modern rather than girly.
