All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

• Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  
• We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  
• Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  
• Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Less than you'd think. The composition has a lot of breathing room around the moon and a lot of fine gilded detail, so the eye keeps moving rather than landing on a dense block of dark. In small bedrooms it actually adds depth — the wall recedes, the moon glows. The trick is warm lamplight nearby; avoid hanging it where the only light source is a cool overhead bulb.

The gilded trees and stars are drawn as fine line work rather than solid blocks, so from a distance they read as a soft shimmer around the moon rather than crisp graphics. Up close you can see the botanical detail in the trees and the scattered constellations. For best effect, view it from 1.5–3 metres with warm side-lighting — overhead spots flatten the metallic feel.

Yes, and it's one of the strongest placements for this piece. A dark headboard lets the indigo background dissolve visually so the moon and gilded trees float above the bed like a window. Choose a frame that matches or sits darker than the headboard (black or smoked oak), and hang it slightly lower than usual — the moon wants to sit near seated eye level, not floating high.
