How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the soft palette get lost on a white kitchen wall?
It softens rather than disappears. The pale blue stripes and cream tones do sit close to a white wall, but the bright red of the tomatoes and the darker green of the branches give the eye something to land on. An oak or warm white frame helps lift it off a pure white wall.
Is this better above a sideboard or on a feature wall?
Above a sideboard or kitchen console works best. The composition reads downward to the plate and tablecloth, so hanging it slightly lower than usual — closer to the surface below — makes the painted table feel like an extension of the real one. On a wider feature wall, pair it with one quieter botanical.
Does the composition pull the eye in a specific direction?
Yes — gently to the lower right, where the plate of tomatoes sits. That makes it a good fit for the left side of a wider arrangement, or as a solo piece above furniture where you want the warm red to draw the eye into the room rather than out of it.
