    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    What makes Fab frames so good?

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

    Will the bright blue compete with a patterned tile splashback?

    It can. The print already carries a busy blue-and-red tiled counter, so a plain splashback or quiet stone behind it works best. If your kitchen tiles are bold and patterned, hang this somewhere with calmer walls — a breakfast nook, a dining wall, or a hallway leading into the kitchen.

    Is the scene recognisably a specific place, or just generally Mediterranean?

    It reads as a general Mediterranean villa view rather than a named town — palm tree, pool, terracotta rooftops, dry hills beyond. That makes it easy to live with: it brings the holiday feeling without locking the room into a specific country or coastline.

    Does it work in a kitchen that doesn't get much natural light?

    Yes, and arguably better. The print is bright enough to act like a second window in a darker kitchen, especially on a pale wall above a sideboard or breakfast table. Warm bulbs help — the blues stay vivid and the greens don't go flat under yellow light.
