How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Is the lemon yellow as bright in person as it looks on screen?
Yes — the yellows are intentionally punchy and carry through to the print. They're balanced by the warm browns of the basket and the soft blue gingham, so the overall feel is cheerful rather than neon. If your room is very pale, expect the print to become the room's focal point.
Will this look odd in a dining room rather than a kitchen?
Not at all. The scene is a lunch table, so a dining room is arguably its most natural home. Hang it above a sideboard or behind one end of the table, and the painted plates and bottles read as an extension of your own setup rather than a kitchen-only motif.
Is there much fine detail, or does it read more as shapes and colour?
It reads as shapes and colour first — flat, confident brushwork in the spirit of mid-century painted still lifes. Closer up you'll pick out the lemon halves, sliced tomatoes and bread crust, but from across the room it works as a strong block of warm colour.
