How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the pink read as too sweet in a grown-up room?
The pink here is softened by terracotta, cream and a washed sea-blue, so it lands as warm rather than candy. Keep nearby furniture in light timber, rattan or whitewashed finishes and the room reads sunlit and lived-in, not girlish.
Is this portrait shape suitable above a standard double headboard?
Yes — the vertical composition sits comfortably above a double or king headboard at a medium size. The staircase and rooftops draw the eye upward, which adds height to the wall and works well in rooms with standard or low ceilings.
Will it clash with a room that already has blue or green accents?
The washed sea-blue in the sky and water gives it a natural bridge to rooms with soft blue or sage accents. It struggles more next to deep navy, forest green or heavy dark woods, which fight the warm pink rather than support it.
