How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the warm browns clash with a cool grey room?
The browns are warm and earthy, so in a cool grey scheme they can feel slightly disconnected. They sit best on cream, off-white, soft sage or warm-painted walls. If your room leans cool, balance with oak or walnut furniture, a woven rug and warm textiles to bring the temperatures closer together.
Is this a specific breed of spaniel?
Yes — the markings, long feathered ears and liver-and-white coat point clearly to an English springer spaniel. Owners of working cockers and field spaniels often love it too, since the loose watercolour style focuses on the upward gaze and gentle posture rather than precise breed-standard detail.
Does it work as a single piece or only in a gallery wall?
It holds its own as a single piece above a desk, console or chest, especially in a medium size at eye level. It also slots happily into a small cluster of three or four — pair it with loose botanicals, a soft landscape or another quiet animal study in similar warm browns and creams.
