How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the green palm background feel too dominant in a small room?
The green sits soft and slightly dusty rather than bright, so it reads as a calm backdrop more than a statement. In a small room it actually helps — the eye lands on the cat and the martini first, and the green frames them rather than fighting for attention.
Does the martini glass make this read as too adult for a family room?
It's painted, not photographic, and sits as one element among several — the cat is clearly the main event. Most buyers hang it in living rooms, snugs and kitchens without a second thought. If you'd rather avoid the cocktail cue entirely, it's better suited to a sitting room or bar corner than a kids' space.
Will it work without pink in the room?
Yes — the pink sofa is inside the picture, so the room around it doesn't need to match. It sits happily against warm whites, soft greens, deep reds and dark wood. The piece brings its own colour story; you just need a wall that isn't fighting it with cool blues or stark greys.
