How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Are the two figures clearly visible from across the room?
The figures are intentionally small against a large painted forest, so up close you spot them easily, but from across a room they read as little red dots on a cream path. That's part of the charm — children find them on repeat viewings. If you want a single big focal subject, this isn't that piece.
Will the soft greens disappear on a sage or pale green wall?
The print's greens have enough range — from cool sage to deeper olive — that it still reads against a soft green wall, but contrast will be lower. For maximum separation, hang it on cream, off-white or warm white. On bolder greens it can blend, so a slim white or oak frame helps lift it.
Is this suitable for a baby's room or only an older child's room?
It works from newborn through early childhood. The palette is calm enough for a baby's room, and the small narrative detail gives an older child something to look at as they grow. It's deliberately gender-neutral and avoids cartoon characters, so it doesn't date quickly.
