How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the soft pink and sage colours show up on a white wall?
Yes, but gently. The print sits on a clean white background, so against an off-white or plaster wall it reads as a soft, low-contrast piece. If you want the pinks and greens to pop, a slim white or pale wood frame and a wall with a touch of warmth — oat, soft greige or chalky cream — helps the colours feel intentional rather than washed out.
Is this too busy for a small bathroom wall?
Not usually. The objects are scattered with plenty of white space between them, so it reads as airy rather than packed. On a small wall, go with a medium portrait size and hang at eye level near the vanity or towel rail. Avoid pairing it with strong patterned tiles directly behind — a plain painted wall lets the illustration breathe.
Does it work in a bedroom as well as a bathroom?
Yes. The pyjamas, candle and eucaplyptus make it a natural bedroom piece too, especially in a dressing nook or above a low chest. It pairs well with linen bedding, light oak and a soft bedside lamp. In a bedroom, hang it slightly off-centre above the chest rather than dead-centre over the bed for a relaxed feel.
