How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the soft pink look too sweet in a grown-up living room?
The pink is dusty rather than candy, and the deep green cat cuts straight through any sweetness. In a room with walnut, brass or dark wood, the pink reads as confident and graphic, not childlike. It's closer to a 1980s poster than a nursery wall.
Does it work without other artwork around it?
Yes — this one is built to run solo. The exhibition-poster layout, centred subject and bold colour contrast all want a clear wall around them. Hanging it next to another strong portrait tends to flatten both. Give it space and it does the heavy lifting on its own.
Is the title block at the bottom part of the print, or just packaging?
It's part of the print. The 'Pop Art / 1986 Modern Art Exhibition' text and 'Green Cats Collection' script are designed in as a fictional exhibition poster layout, sitting below the image. If you don't want text, this isn't the right piece.
