    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Is the greyhound clear from across the room, or does it just look like a tangle?
    From a metre or two back the shape reads immediately as a standing greyhound: long legs, deep chest, curled tail. Up close the lines break apart into loops and overlaps, which is the fun of it. If your wall is only viewed from a distance, size up slightly so the outer silhouette stays strong.

    Will the white background look grubby next to a bright white wall?
    The background is a clean bright white, so it sits well with most white and off-white paint. On a warm cream or magnolia wall the print will read a touch cooler, which usually looks deliberate rather than off. If that bothers you, a mount or a frame with a visible border settles the difference.

    Can I pair it with a second animal drawing?
    Yes, and a pair works nicely on a hallway or landing wall. Keep the companion in the same black and white register and similar line weight, hang them at matching heights with a hand's width between, and let both face into the gap rather than away from each other.
