Walk into the kitchen and the dog is the first thing you meet. From the doorway the black patches read before anything else, so the wall gets a strong shape at a glance and the details come later, when you sit down with a cup of tea. Hang it long and low over the bench or the dresser, where the width matches the run of the worktop. The pink of the nose and paws picks up terracotta floor tiles and any clay pot on the sill. Off-white cabinets carry the pale tile and a putty-grey wall pushes the dog forward. Nothing else on that wall. One dog, asleep, does more for a room than a shelf of small things ever will. On canvas the tile texture reads from across the room, and it arrives ready to hang.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?
Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.
When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.
Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?
Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.
You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.
How do I know what size will actually work in my space?
Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.
Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

What's your return policy?
If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.
We've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes a piece just doesn't work in your space, and that's fine. Just email us and we'll sort it out.
Will the dark background make my kitchen feel darker?
Not in practice. The dog takes up most of the surface and is pale, so from across the room the piece reads mostly off-white with a dark edge. On an off-white or putty-grey wall the charcoal simply outlines the shape. The only wall to avoid is one already painted black or very dark, where the ground disappears and the dog floats.
How wide should I go above a sofa?
Aim for roughly two thirds of the sofa width. On a standard three-seater that means around 120 to 140cm across, which also lets the individual tile pieces show from a seated distance. Below about 100cm wide the mosaic texture flattens and the piece starts to look like a small picture on a big wall, which is the one thing a wide format should never do.
Does the pink in the nose and paws clash with a grey kitchen?
It does the opposite. The pink is soft and dusty rather than bright, closer to old brick than to blush, and it warms up cool grey units without fighting them. The trick is to give it one thing to echo, such as a terracotta pot, a clay jug or a warm floor tile. With that in place the grey kitchen reads deliberate rather than cold.
