    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    What makes Fab frames so good?

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

    Will the thin lines still read clearly at a smaller size?

    At small sizes the lines start to blend and the piece reads as a soft peach block from across the room. If you want the ridges and dips to stay visible, go medium or larger. Up close a small size still works well, so it suits a desk wall or a narrow hallway where you pass within a metre or so.

    Does it work in a cool-toned room?

    It is entirely warm — cream, soft peach and rusty orange — so it fights slightly with cool grey and blue-grey schemes. If your room is cool but has warm wood, leather or a jute rug in it, the print will bridge the two. In a fully cool room, a blue-grey or monochrome piece will settle better.

    Can I hang two of these side by side?

    Yes, and it works well. The wave lines are continuous rather than centred on one focal point, so a pair reads as one wide band of movement. Leave a consistent gap of around 5 to 8 cm between them and keep the surrounding wall plain so the rhythm carries across both.
