How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the deep green feel too dark on a small hallway wall?
It is a strong piece, but the cream scrollwork and dark red carnations break up the green so it does not feel like a block of dark colour. On a muted sage or chalky off-white wall it actually opens a narrow hallway up rather than closing it down, especially with a warm lamp nearby.
What furniture does this sit best above?
A dark wood writing desk, an oak or walnut console, or a low sideboard. The vertical shape and central lettering want a horizontal piece of furniture underneath, ideally between 90 and 140 cm wide, so the print sits clearly above it with a little breathing room on each side.
Does it work with other William Morris patterns in the room?
Yes, but go gently. One Morris-style cushion or a Morris print curtain is plenty alongside this panel. If the wallpaper is already a busy Morris repeat, hang this on a plainer wall instead so the carnations and lettering have space to be the focal point.
