Which colours work best alongside Amalfi Coast art prints?
The Amalfi Coast palette runs through sun-bleached terracotta, cerulean blue, warm lemon yellow, and chalky white. We think these prints look their best against soft neutral walls (warm white, light stone, or pale sand) because it lets those Mediterranean colours do the talking. If you're styling a living room, pick up the warm tones with linen cushions in ochre or dusty rose, and keep metallics to brushed brass. Avoid cool greys, which can fight with the warmth of the Italian light in the print.
How big should an Amalfi Coast print be for above a sofa?
For a standard UK three-seater sofa (around 200cm wide), we recommend a 70x100cm framed Amalfi Coast wall art print. Stick to one frame finish across all prints, either natural oak or black, to keep it cohesive. Mix scenes from different towns like Positano, Ravello, and Amalfi itself so you get variety in composition without clashing colour palettes.
