Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day on which they or a third party designated by them receive the goods when entering into distance contracts.

Please note that this right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and are individually made to order.

Made-to-order artworks

At Fab, all artworks are made to order, meaning each piece is produced individually after an order is placed.

Because our artworks are produced on a print-on-demand basis, we’re unable to offer returns or cancellations due to change of mind.

To help ensure you’re happy with your artwork, we encourage you to review all product details carefully before purchasing, including:

• Size and format
• Frame selection
• Finish and presentation

Sustainability & responsible production

Our print-on-demand approach allows us to produce only what is genuinely ordered.

This helps us:

• Avoid overproduction and unnecessary waste
• Reduce excess inventory
• Support a more sustainable way of producing art

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, ideally within 7 days, at [email protected]

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Our team will review your request carefully and get back to you as quickly as possible to find a suitable solution.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
