How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the burnt orange mountain dominate a smaller room?

It's a strong note but it's balanced by a lot of soft blue sky and sandy wall, so it reads as warm rather than overwhelming. In a small room, go a size down and keep the surrounding wall plain to give the colour room to breathe.

Is the composition centred or weighted to one side?

The house and pool sit slightly right of centre, with the cactus anchoring the left edge and the red mountain rising behind. It hangs best centred above furniture — the internal balance does the work, so you don't need to offset it on the wall.

Does it suit a room with cool grey or blue walls?

It can, but the burnt orange and deep red will pop hard against cool grey. If your walls lean cool, bring in warm wood, a tan leather chair or a cream rug nearby so the print feels connected rather than floating.
