How do I frame an art print?

  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Will the bright blue feel too cold in a north-facing room?

The deep blue is balanced by the warm orange stairs and pots, so it doesn't read as a cold piece. In a north-facing room it actually works well — the warm accents lift the cooler daylight and keep the wall from feeling flat or grey.

Is there much fine detail, or is it a flat graphic illustration?

It's a flat, poster-style illustration with clean blocks of colour rather than fine brushwork. Shapes are simplified — the plants, stairs and pool reflections read as confident shapes from across the room, which is why it works at a larger size.

Does the title text 'MODERNIST LIVING' dominate the print?
