How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the deep red dress fight a pink or red room?

It can. The red dress is small but saturated, so against pink, burgundy or coral walls it tends to clash rather than tie in. It works far better on off-white, chalky neutral or very soft warm walls, where it reads as a single intentional pop of colour.

Is the composition strong enough to hang on its own?

Yes. The wide off-white background is part of the design, not empty space. Hung solo above a console, bed or in a narrow hallway, the figures and trees do all the work. Surrounding it with other busy pieces tends to crowd the calm feeling out.

What size works best in a hallway?

A medium portrait print is usually the sweet spot — large enough for the small figures to read from a few steps away, but not so big that it overwhelms a slim console or narrow corridor. For a long end wall, you can size up without losing the airy feel.
