Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

It's set against a plain soft cream background, with only a small mark of sand at the base of the board. There's no beach scene, no ocean and no horizon line — it reads as a single object study rather than a landscape, which is why it sits so easily on busy walls.

The mustard is muted rather than bright, so it tends to warm up a cool room rather than fight it. In a strong cool blue or steel grey scheme, it acts as one warm accent. If your room is built around icy whites and chrome, a different piece will sit more easily.

The board sits just right of centre with a small shadow and sand mark at its foot, so the visual weight pulls slightly right. It still reads as balanced, but if you're hanging a pair, mirror it on the opposite wall rather than placing two identical prints side by side.
