    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

    ¿El fondo negro parecerá un agujero en una pared blanca?
    Puede serlo, si el resto de la habitación es claro y luminoso. En una pared blanca, el fondo oscuro se convierte en una forma muy marcada y necesitas muebles oscuros o una alfombra profunda para equilibrarlo. Lo más fácil es una pared media u oscura, verde profundo, azul marino o carbón, donde el fondo se diluye y solo destacan las calabazas y las hojas.

    ¿Qué ancho debería elegir para ponerla sobre un sofá de tres plazas?
    Busca que mida aproximadamente dos tercios del ancho del sofá, así que unos 120 a 140 cm para un sofá estándar de tres plazas. El formato 2:1 es largo y bajo, por eso encaja tan bien con la línea del sofá, y los detalles de las hortensias y las moras solo se aprecian bien a esa escala. Cuélgala dejando el borde inferior a unos 20 cm por encima de los cojines del respaldo.

    ¿Solo funciona en otoño?
    No. El naranja y la ciruela se leen como otoño, pero el fondo negro y el tratamiento de maestros antiguos hacen que parezca un cuadro y no una decoración de temporada. En un comedor con madera oscura y velas queda bien en febrero igual que en octubre. Solo empieza a parecer estacional si la rodeas de calabazas de verdad y hojas secas.
