I was very happy with the quality of the paper the prints were on. Colors were nice & bright. The only aspect that I was not happy with, was that prints did not have an edge around them. I bought a 11x14 cause mat's opening was that size & I basically had to tape it to the mat. I've never encountered this. You should do better in this area.

How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will something this detailed look too busy in a small room?
It works in small rooms as long as it is the only patterned thing on that wall. Keep the surrounding wall plain and skip wallpaper or a second picture nearby. In a study or snug the close viewing distance is actually an advantage — you pick out the towers, arches and leaf shapes from a metre away.
Does it read as purple or as brown on the wall?
Both, and the light decides. In cool north-facing daylight the dusty purples and grey-violets lead. Under warm lamplight or late afternoon sun the terracotta and warm brown blocks come forward. If your room is mostly warm wood and leather, expect the brown side to dominate.
What size should I choose so the small blocks still read properly?
Go larger than you think. The composition is built from hundreds of small painted squares, and at small sizes they blur into texture. A large portrait size above a sideboard, sofa or desk lets the structure hold together from across the room while still rewarding a closer look.
