How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the pastel colours look washed out on a white wall?
No — the background is a warm peach, not white, so the print holds its own against off-white or pale grey walls. If your kitchen is very bright white, a thin black frame gives the edges extra definition and makes the lilac and mint stripes read more clearly from across the room.
Is this too playful for a grown-up kitchen?
It's playful, but the palette is muted rather than candy-bright, and the serif Buongiorno lettering keeps it feeling considered. It tends to land well in modern Mediterranean, mid-century and softly pastel kitchens. If your scheme is strictly minimal greys and blacks, it will feel like a bigger shift.
Where does it work best in a small kitchen?
The portrait shape suits narrow walls — above a coffee machine, between cabinets, on the end wall of a galley kitchen, or above an open shelf with mugs. Hang at eye level rather than tucked up high, so the lettering and the moka pot's shape both read clearly.
