How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
¿El fondo crema desentonará con una pared de cocina blanca pura?
No, pero sí se notará. Sobre blanco brillante, el fondo crema se lee como un cuadrado cálido, algo que a la mayoría le parece que suaviza una cocina demasiado clínica. Sobre blanco roto, piedra o pintura greige clara, el fondo casi desaparece y la línea negra parece dibujada directamente sobre la pared. Ambas opciones funcionan. Elige pintura blanca si quieres que el cuadrado se lea como un objeto, o un tono más cálido si quieres que solo destaque el dibujo.
¿Qué tamaño funciona junto a una mesa de desayuno?
Mejor pequeño. Entre 30 y 40 cm por lado queda cómodo junto a una mesa para dos o cuatro y permite leer el dibujo desde la silla sin gritar desde el otro lado de la habitación. Solo hazlo más grande si la pared es ancha y desnuda, ya que un único objeto sobre fondo vacío empieza a verse perdido por encima de 50 cm. En una pared estrecha de fondo, 30 cm con un palmo de pared libre a cada lado es lo ideal.
¿Funciona en un comedor y no solo en una cocina?
Sí, siempre que la estancia no sea formal. El boceto tiene aire de tarjeta de menú de bistró, así que encaja mejor en un comedor con mesa de roble, sillas de madera curvada y paredes lisas que en uno con lámpara de araña y cortinas pesadas. Cuélgalo un poco descentrado, hacia la puerta o el hueco de servicio, en vez de justo centrado sobre un aparador donde normalmente iría una pieza más grande.
