How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the bright yellow background feel overwhelming in a small nursery?
It's warm rather than harsh, so it tends to lift a small room rather than shrink it. If your walls are already a strong colour, go for a medium size rather than large, and keep the surrounding furniture pale — white, oat or pale oak — so the yellow has room to breathe.
Is the giraffe drawn in a way that suits older children, or only babies?
It's stylised rather than babyish. The oversized glasses, flower crown and bubblegum read as funny rather than cutesy, so it tends to outlast the soft-pastel nursery phase. Plenty of buyers hang it in rooms for kids aged six to twelve, and a few in teen rooms.
Does the pink bubblegum tie in with a pink-themed room, or does it sit on its own?
The pink is soft and small, so it picks up on a pink room without dictating one. It also looks great in a yellow, mint or white scheme where it just reads as a sweet little accent. Don't feel you need a pink room to make it work.
