How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Does the print show the Loch Ness monster clearly?
Yes. Nessie is in the lower half of the picture, gliding across the water with a long curved neck and a small red beak. It's stylised rather than scary — more of a quiet visual joke than a creature feature — so it suits adult rooms as well as nurseries and kids' rooms.
Will the coral sky clash with warm-toned rooms?
The coral is muted and sits against deep teal and cream, so it reads as warm but not loud. It works happily with terracotta, brick, oak and warm whites. If your walls are a strong pink or orange, choose a calmer wall behind the print instead.
Is it better in portrait orientation or could it work above a sofa?
It's a tall portrait composition built around two vertical towers, so it really wants a tall wall — hallway end, between windows, above a bed or desk. Above a wide sofa it can look stranded unless flanked by other tall pieces, so a vertical spot is the safer bet.
