How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Is the orange background warm or more neon?
It's a warm, sunbaked orange — closer to a ripe apricot or a Mediterranean wall in late sun than anything neon or fluorescent. It reads as cheerful and grounded, not garish, and sits comfortably next to terracotta, rattan and pale oak.
Will this work if my kitchen is mostly white and grey?
Yes, but know what you're doing. The poster will be the clear focal point — that's the whole job. If your kitchen leans cool grey and chrome, the warm orange will fight it. If it's white with timber or warm-toned brass, it sits in beautifully and lifts the room.
Does the lettering read clearly from across the room?
Yes. AMALFI is set in a chunky hand-cut style in strong blue, large enough to read from several metres away. ITALY sits below in smaller caps. It's designed to work as a graphic statement first and a typographic detail up close.
