How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the small colour blocks read from across the room, or do you need to be close?
The yellow, red and blue blocks are small but high-contrast against the near-white ground, so they register from a few metres away. Up close you start to see the pencil-like construction lines and the way the shapes interlock. It rewards both distances, which is part of why it works as a solo piece.
Does the composition feel balanced or lopsided on the wall?
The weight sits slightly lower-right, anchored by the half-circle and the densest block of colour, with the lighter triangle pulling up to the top-left. Hung centred, it reads as deliberately tense rather than off-balance. Avoid tilting or hanging it close to a strong vertical edge, which exaggerates the lean.
Will it clash with a room that already has warm wood and earthy tones?
The off-white ground is neutral enough to sit happily against oak, walnut and warm plaster walls. The primary-colour accents are small, so they read as quiet jolts rather than competing with earthy furnishings. It's busier rooms with strong existing pattern where it starts to fight back.
