How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the dotted brushwork still read clearly from across a room?
Yes. From a few steps back the dots blend into a soft, painterly view of the Eiffel Tower in blue, rust and warm brown. Up close, you see the individual dabs of colour. That is the appeal of pointillism, so a medium size at eye level, with space to step back, tends to work best.
Does this work in a room that is mostly cool greys and white?
It can, but the warm brown and rust dots in the tower will sit slightly forward against cool greys. If your room is very cool, lean into that with a warm wood frame and one or two warm props nearby — a leather-bound book, a stoneware vase — to tie the print into the space.
Is it too 'touristy' for a grown-up living room?
No. Seurat painted this around 1889 in his pointillist style, so it reads as a painting first and a Paris view second. It feels closer to a small museum piece than a souvenir poster, especially in a warm brown frame above a console or writing desk.
