Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

The orange is a single block against a soft blue field, so it reads as one deliberate accent rather than an all-over shout. In a neutral room with cream, oak or linen, it lifts the palette without taking over. If your room already has bright cushions or rugs in competing colours, it will fight — otherwise it lands as the intended focal point.

A medium portrait size, roughly 50 by 70 cm or thereabouts, sits well above a standard desk, console or low sideboard. Aim for the piece to be about two thirds the width of the furniture below, hung so the centre lands near eye level when you're standing.

It works either way. A slim black frame sharpens the loose brushwork and gives the orange block a defined edge, which suits modern and mid-century rooms. Unframed on paper or as a stretched canvas keeps things more studio-like and casual — a good choice for creative studies and relaxed living rooms.
