Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Usually not, as long as the tones are in the same family. This blue is soft and slightly greyed, so it sits well next to pale blue, blue-grey or off-white cabinets. If your units are a strong navy or teal, hang it on an off-white wall away from the cabinet run so the two blues aren't compared side by side.

The lettering is small, soft blue and hand-drawn rather than bold and graphic, so it reads more like a stamp caption than a slogan. It does mean the piece has a mild retro-shop-sign feel, which is part of the charm in a kitchen. If you want it quieter, keep the frame slim and pale.

It works in a relaxed dining corner or breakfast nook rather than a formal dining room. Keep it at a modest size on a side wall instead of centred behind the table, and pair it with simple pale wood, rattan or striped cotton. In a darker, more formal dining room it will feel out of step.
